1.
DISCOVERY
Our conversation will begin with questions targeted to discover the needs of your project.
A step by step formula is established and set to achieve the goals of your project.
The discovery phase may be by email, phone or in person. This initial introduction reveals your aesthetic preferences and offers the opportunity to determine if our partnership is the right fit for your project.
2.
CONSULTATION
An on-site visit is scheduled. The site visit addresses architectural elements, LRV (light reflective values) and RSP (relative spatial placement) requirements to initiate a scope of work which will be required to achieve the goals of your project. Fee schedules and retainers are established and set according to budget and expected timelines.
3.
DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Following steps one and two, the design and selections process begins. During the design phase, selections are reviewed for approval and finalized. This process assures schedules are coordinated and set according to project timelines based on material availability and installation requirements.
Once installation schedules are established, our Director of Operations works with the project management team to communicate both design and selection expectations are met via our Client Liaison Manager.

“I was so fortunate to have met Lee Dixon, which turned into the most wonderful experience for me with my master bathroom remodel. I got front row seats watching his design skills in action! He is positive, focused, creative, and can solve problems faster than anyone I have ever worked with. After talking to him for just minutes you realize that he knows and loves his craft! I looked for several months at the big box stores and never could decide on the tile selections. I met with people that tried to steer me into what they liked rather than try to find my style.
After talking to Lee for five minutes, I knew I wanted to work with him. After several appointments we had picked everything. He asked me what my favorite color was and I said, “pink, but there is no way that I’m going to have a pink shower”. He grabbed the most beautiful shell pink tile behind me and said, “Of course you can, follow me to pick out the rest!” That’s when the puzzle pieces fell into place. He picked it all out in minutes with a few different choices to go with the pink tiles. I would have an idea, and he would find a way to incorporate it. I could not have gotten the bathroom of my dreams without him!
I also hired him to consult on all of the little details because frankly, I was afraid to do it without him. Several times a week I would bring up the latest group of problems, and he would say something like, “That’s wonderful. Now we can do this . . .”. He talked me down from several issues I thought were major. He sees problems as a way to be creative. There were so many questions that came up and he always had an answer and after explaining, I knew it was the right answer.
